The 12-Month Foundations Mentorship is a continued journey for those who feel called to keep deepening into The Somatic Way, not as a program to complete, but as a way of life to inhabit.
Over the course of a year, we'll meet together in live Tea Time Calls every two weeks, guided by your real life as it unfolds. Your questions, your patterns, your relationships, your celebrations. We'll also gather in Integration and Practice Pods every two weeks, where the work moves from concept into lived experience through real-time practice with one another.
In between, I'll be present and contributing twice weekly in our private Telegram community.
