It's a living practice, where soma, science, and soul stop being separate and become the ground you stand on — rooted in the emerging science of the female nervous system, the ancient intelligence of the body, and the oral tradition of women's spirituality.
This is a return to the missing foundational skills for life, love, and leadership — the ones most women were never taught. Not linear. Not one-and-done. A way of returning to yourself and your body's intelligence — rather than the limitations of the mind alone, the way most of us were taught to operate — again and again, in the moments that matter most.

THE RETURN TO THE BODY
Phase One — Welcome through Module Five: Foundation. We begin with the female nervous system specifically — her biology, her rhythms, her needs, her intelligence.
Phase Two — Modules Six through Twelve: States. We move into each nervous system state — fight, flight, freeze, fawn, shutdown, attachment — one by one. These aren't clean categories; they blend and coexist. This is where patterns held in the body for years finally begin to shift.
Phase Three — Modules Thirteen through Fifteen: Transmission. Once you have a deeper relationship to your system, the arc learns to express outward — toward embodying your own unique transmission, sharing what's true for you through your art and self-expression rather than performing it, and opening to being received, witnessed, and held more deeply than you've allowed before. This is where the work stops being something you practice privately and becomes something you carry forward, intentionally, into your love, your leadership, your art, and your life — a deliberate setting-up of new beginnings, not just an ending.

Entirely about you: your nervous system, your patterns, your capacity, your healing — not professional training, not certification. But you will learn to hold another woman in real time too, because the way we learn to hold another directly shapes our own nervous system; you cannot build earned secure attachment in isolation.

The professional and practitioner path, for women called to guide others in The Somatic Way methodology. Built entirely on the embodied foundation of Track One, and available only to those who have completed it. The depth you can hold for others is the depth you've first learned to hold for yourself. Track One is where you go. Track Two is where that becomes your offering to the world.

Many of us carry wounds from women — from competition, betrayal, invisibility, or simply never having been truly held inside a circle. These wounds are real, and they are welcome here. Part of what we practice together is the art of attuning to ourselves while in real relationship with other women — of being held, and learning to hold. Of repair, and learning to trust it. The attachment healing we build inside ourselves begins to extend outward, into the relational field of the container itself. The sisterhood that forms here is not performance. I know the exhaustion that can't be touched with sleep
I don't teach this work from a careful distance. I teach it from inside the experience of what it means to be a woman finding her way back to herself — through the heartbreaks, modern pressures, disease, being a midlife woman, the unravelling, the rebuilding, the becoming. This is personal for me. That is what makes it medicine.
I know the ache that lives behind words like more — the quiet permission you keep waiting for to feel free, full, enchanted, and proud of the life you're leading.
I know the uncertainty at the edges — where constant learning mimics a yearning heart for something that rarely gets truly touched. The honesty, when you allow it, that not much is really changing. That the gap between what you thought it would feel like and how you're actually experiencing it is wide.
Women are so much more powerful than we have been led to believe. That power is far more primal. Inherently alive. Pleasure-filled and love-soaked. It does not live in the mind. It has always lived in the body, waiting for you to come home to it.
This way has changed my own life — not as a concept I teach, but as the thing that carries me through every moment that actually matters: the hard conversations, the losses, the love, the days I didn't think I'd get through standing up. It still does.
